Rippled can be updated manually by installing the latest theme package from your account.
Before updating, always create a backup of your website files and database.
Manual Update
You can also update Rippled manually by uploading the latest theme package.
- Download Latest Version — Download the latest Rippled theme package from your TemplateMonster account.
- Replace Theme Files — Upload the new theme folder using FTP or WordPress theme upload.
- Activate Theme — Confirm that Rippled is active after the update.
Before Updating
- Create Backup — Backup your website files and database before updating.
- Review Changelog — Check new changes before applying major updates.
After Updating
- Clear Cache — Clear website cache after updating to load the latest files.
- Check Website — Verify pages, menus, widgets, Customizer settings, and demo content.
Note
Theme updates replace Rippled theme files only. Your posts, pages, media, Customizer settings, and WordPress database content remain safe when updates are performed correctly. Always keep a backup before updating.
